Our sustainability vision is simple yet powerful: to help our customers achieve their sustainability goals through thoughtful, impactful technology solutions and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, we\u2019re proud to share the release of our <a href=\"https:\/\/avispl.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/2025\/04\/AVI-SPL_ESG_Impact_Report_2024_final.pdf\"><strong>2024 ESG Impact Report<\/strong><\/a>, our most comprehensive look yet at how we\u2019re advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities as a global technology solutions provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-from-foundation-to-forward-momentum\"><strong>From Foundation to Forward Momentum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s report marks a turning point. In 2023, we laid the foundation\u2014conducting our first materiality assessment, establishing ESG goals, and completing our initial carbon inventory. In 2024, we built on that momentum, transforming vision into measurable action. Highlights from this year\u2019s progress include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>17.4% reduction in fuel use per U.S. fleet vehicle<\/strong>, saving fuel cost and lowering Scope 1 emissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>16,244 pounds of electronic waste responsibly recycled<\/strong>, with 20 refurbished laptops donated to nonprofit partners in the U.S. and Peru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of our <strong>first two global Scope 3 carbon inventories<\/strong>, a critical step toward understanding our full emissions footprint and setting reduction targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued growth of our <strong>diversity and inclusion programs<\/strong>, with participation in Employee Resource Groups up 30% year-over-year, and representation of women in our workforce steadily increasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these and other efforts, we\u2019ve strengthened our ability to help customers meet their own ESG targets\u2014from low-carbon supply chains to responsible technology lifecycle management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-esg-at-the-center-of-our-value-chain\"><strong>ESG at the Center of Our Value Chain<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a digital enablement partner to the world\u2019s most forward-thinking enterprises, we know that technology plays a central role in achieving sustainability goals.
